Kaffir Lime leaves - 2 or if using Kaffir Lime Skin - an inch or 2
Coriander leaves - around 8-10
Lemon grass stem - 2
Galangal - 1 inche
Thai basil - 10 leaves
Onion - 1/2 if big onion
Garlic - 10 cloves
Cumin - 1 tsp
Coriander - 2 tsp
1/4 tsp white pepper or white pepper powder
Salt 1 - tsp
Coconut milk 200ml - 2.5 tins

You will get a Thai kit online you can use that or buy Kaffir Lime leaves and galangal online and can freeze the products for later use. Grind all the ingredients mentioned in the list except for coconut milk. Add little oil in a pan add the paste, salt and little coconut milk. And fry it for sometime. Dont fry it for long it might become bitter. Then add the remaining coconut milk to adjust the consistency and cook for sometime.
